  1. One RM10 Discount Voucher ("Voucher") will be given to each Adult passenger who has a valid KLIA Ekspres or KLIA Transit ticket (KL Sentral to KLIA) and who uses the airline check-in facility in KL Sentral.
  2. To claim the Voucher, passenger must present a valid flight boarding pass at the KLIA Ekspres Ticket Counter after flight check-in or upon exit from the Check-in area.
  3. The Voucher is valid for redemption only on the next purchase of a KLIA Ekspres Single or Return Adult ticket from any KLIA Ekspres Ticket Counter.
  4. Only one Voucher can be redeemed per ticket purchased.
  5. Each Voucher may be used only once. The original Voucher must be surrendered to the Ticket Counter during purchase.
  6. The Voucher is valid for redemption until 31 December 2023.
  7. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other value, and the validity cannot be extended.
  8. IMPORTANT: Please keep the Voucher in good condition. Do NOT expose to high temperature or moisture to avoid damaging the printed text. Illegible vouchers that cannot be read/verified will not be valid for redemption.
  9. The Voucher cannot be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers.
  10. The Voucher is not applicable to other payment channels such as the KLIA Ekspres website, app or self-service kiosk.
  11. ERL reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or suspend/terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  12. ERL is the sole provider of all train services and ticket fares under this promotion. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage. A copy of ERL’s Conditions of Carriage is available at its ticket counters and on its website www.KLIAekspres.com. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by ERL’s prevailing ticket fares and Conditions of Carriage.
